Coming Soon – Magdala Visitors Center

A Visitors Center is being developed to service the guests of Magdala. The goal of the Visitors Center is to enhance the experience of Magdala and provide places for fellowship, to enjoy food and discover more information about Magdala.

This 7,346 square foot facility will provide the following:

  • Reception Area
  • Showroom
  • Memorabilia
  • Refreshments in a Cafeteria
  • Restrooms
  • Offices for the Magdala Program and Project support staff

Visitor Interface

Magdala will provide multi-lingual staff, audio tour narrations, and mobile apps to assist visitors from around the globe.

Shuttle

Magdala will provide a shuttle service to allow for ease of transportation from the guesthouse to surrounding areas. The plan is to purchase vans to provide Magdala guests with access to Notre Dame of Jerusalem Center, Ben Gurion International Airport, and other cities and sites in Israel.

Prayer Gardens

The grounds will be carefully landscaped to provide an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. This will provide a place for prayer and reflection as visitors ponder their experience in the Holy Land.
